Transportation to and from Larnaca Airport

What is the distance from Larnaca Airport to, Limassol, Nicosia, and Paphos?
Travel time to Limassol is 50 minutes (68 kilometers), the capital Nicosia can be reached within 40 minutes (50 kilometers) Paphos is a bit longer, however, a gorgeous coastal ride of 80 minutes (132 kilometers). There are a few ways to reach cities.

Rent a car

There are a few car rental companies with a presence at the airport, such as Europcar, Hertz, Sixt, Avis, and Budget. It is best to book a car in advance or they may be no cars left upon arrival. Please note that in Cyprus drivers drive on the left-hand side of the road like in the UK.

By Bus

Airport Express to Limassol
This bus leaves almost hourly and usually takes up to 60 minutes ride. Please check the bus schedule and stops while planning your trip.

Prices:

Adult: 9 Euro (single ride) 18 Euro (round trip).
Children (3-12): 4 Euro (single ride) 8Euro (round trip).

Kapnos Airport Shuttle to Nicosia
This bus leaves Hourly. Since there are no stops on the way, the ride is very quick, normally only around 40 minutes. The bus stop in Nicosia can be found on the corner of Lemesou Avenue and Kyrenias Avenue, near Strovolos and 2.5 kilometers south of the center. You can transfer to the city center from here with busses 158, and 160. If you take a Taxi though it should cost, you about 10 Euro. Adult: 8 Euro (single ride) 16 Euro (round trip).
Child (2-12): 5 Euro (single ride) 8 Euro (round trip).

By Taxi

There, of course, is a Taxi option from the airport to the cities.
Limassol: 60 Euro
Nicosia: 50 Euro (Aprox)
Paphos: 60 Euro (Aprox)
It is recommended to schedule a Taxi online in advance here. This way the driver meats you at the terminal, and you don’t have to feel any stress about transportation.
